		<description>It sounds to me like the defrost cycle on the HRV isn&#039;t working properly.  We don&#039;t do any type of work on homes - only inspections.  I would suggest contacting an HVAC contractor to service your HRV.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m in Chaska and have HRV, which this past winter I noticed started developing a large amount of frost on the outside of the duct that is connected behind one of the blowers to the cold air return on my furnace.  I cleaned all the filters in the fall, and I&#039;m wondering if I screwed up the balancing.  Generally only develops on colder days, obviously.  I also do not notice a lot of condensation hitting the pan.

Is this frost on the outside of the duct a symptom?  

What would a rebalance and general inspection of the HRV cost?</description>
