		<description>Great post and much agreed with what you said about finding the right home inspector.  I also feel that a good home inspector has hands on field experience in either home building or construction.  Here in NY all you need to do is take a 100 hr course and pass the State exam with a 70.  I wouldn&#039;t want anyone inspecting my new house with only those credentials.
