		<description>Reuben- thanks.  The next time you&#039;re at your favorite home improvement store, check out the frost-free sillcocks.  You&#039;ll see that they come with a little plastic wedge that&#039;s supposed to angle them down.  I think your idea of making the flange angled is even better though.</description>
