Staining at the discharge tube &lt;em&gt;could&lt;/em&gt; indicate a problem with the TPR valve, but if you stick your finger up inside the tube and it&#039;s dry, it probably just means that there &lt;em&gt;was&lt;/em&gt; a leak.  No big deal.</description>
