We’re looking to add another home inspector to our team.  A qualified candidate would have strong knowledge/skills in the following areas:

• Communication, both written and verbal
• Customer service
• Technology / computers
• Residential construction, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

Basic physical requirements would require him or her to be able to climb though attics, crawl through crawl spaces, carry a big extension ladder, and be comfortable walking on roofs.

Post Update 4/17/13: As mentioned in the comment section below, we’ve found an excellent person to fill this role, but we’re still looking out for our next potential inspector.  If this ever changes, we’ll remove this post.
