		<description>After renovating our home twenty years ago, the only remaining fuse services the hot water heater.  Before buying a new heater six years ago the 30 amp fuse never blew, however with the new one, it blew three of four times a year.  I learned of time-delay fuses, and installed a 30 amp fuse and that has solved the problem.  The same fuse has been in use for three years.  I have never heard of this type of fuse being a fire hazard, have you?</description>
